CCTV pipe inspection and jetting

CCTV pipe inspection is the quickest, and sometimes the only, way to obtain information on the condition of existing pipelines. Any leaks, damage to the inner surface, displaced joints, fractures or unrecorded house connections will show up on the monitor.

The waterproof camera allows us to inspect pipelines from 150 mm to 800 mm in diameter. All the information is recorded on CD, which helps us assess the situation and plan any pipeline renovation that may be needed in the near or more distant future. The camera travels on wheels, pulling its power cable behind it. It is fitted with a powerful light source and a rotating lens. The camera’s movement and the view through the lens can be followed on a TV monitor.

Before a CCTV inspection can be carried out, the pipeline must be cleaned by high-pressure jetting. Our equipment allows high-pressure jetting of gravity pipes up to 150 mm in diameter.
