About us

Environmental construction since 1992

AS Terrat is an Estonian-owned contractor specialising in environmental construction. The company began operating on 1 January 1992 and was formed out of the former land improvement department of Tallinn EPT. Long-standing experience in building and renovating Tallinn’s water management systems outside the city limits (canals, reservoirs and hydraulic structures), together with a team made up largely of specialists with higher education, laid the foundations for the new organisation.

AS Terrat has established and implemented an integrated quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management system that meets the requirements of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and has received the necessary recognition and approval from the certification bodies Det Norske Veritas and Bureau Veritas Certification.

Continuously maintained and improved, the management system ensures the high quality of the construction work carried out by AS TERRAT and underpins our competitiveness and reliability.

We have carried out construction projects throughout Estonia, as well as in Latvia and Finland. AS Terrat employs 37 people.
