Pipelines laid underground have to last for at least a couple of generations.
02Pipeline renovation
Most water and sewer pipelines have been in the ground for 30 years or more. What condition are they in? We can only guess. Blockages, leaks and pipe failures cause inconvenience for people and damage to the environment. We face similar problems in Estonia, too. This means that many existing water and sewer pipelines are already so old that they need replacing.
03Environmental facilities
People need clean water, and they want the water they rely on to return to nature clean as well. Over the years, AS Terrat has built and reconstructed a number of surface-water gauging stations and hydraulic structures, including those at Vaskjala, Kaunissaare, Soodla-Raudoja and Aavoja.
04Park construction
The fast pace of modern life creates stress, and there is no better way to relieve it than to slow down, stroll through a park and enjoy the play of the fountains.
05Machinery rental
We hire out our own machinery together with an experienced operator. Prices are subject to VAT at 24%.
06CCTV pipe inspection and jetting
CCTV pipe inspection is the quickest, and sometimes the only, way to obtain information on the condition of existing pipelines. Any leaks, damage to the inner surface, displaced joints, fractures or unrecorded house connections will show up on the monitor.
