tv-inspection

PDFPrint

TV-inspection of pipelines is the fastest and often the only way to get an overview of the condition of the existing pipelines. Possible leakage, ground damages and blind house connections become visible by using that method of inspection.

sliplining

Renovation of sewage, water and gas pipes with PEH-pipes is one of the possible ways in renewing pipelines without digging. The pipe being renovated with PEH pipe is water dense, pressure standing and not corrosive. Slight flow resistance of plastic pipes compensates the smaller diameter of the renovated pipe and the self cleaning of the pipe improves due to faster flow speed.

pipecracking

PDFPrint

One of the most effective options is to replace the pipe "size for size" or alternatively upsize the diameter of an old pipe to cope with growing consumer demand and increase flow capacity. This technique is referred to as "pipe bursting" or "pipe cracking". By using the pipe cracking system the old water, sewage and gas pipes are shattered into small pieces and pushed laterally into the surrounding soil. The original pipe diameter is replaced or upsized by using an expander and the new PE or PVC pipe is then towed directly into the new bore hole.

The solution: replacement without digging

The best solution in terms of total cost of replacement for a pipe system has proven to be the "no-dig" method. This is the way to minimise disruption, of traffic, for example. It is also a very fast and reliable alternative. Inpipe stands for all of this. Inpipe is also a lasting solution, for applications which call for a very high level of durability and strength.

flexoren

PDFPrint

Flexoren: The traditional HDPE tube liner used for no-dig line remediation in diameters of DN 100 to DN 300. Outstanding flexibility eases liner insertion even around tight corners. Normally, 100 meters of line can be drawn into an existing line in about 90 minutes. Existing inspection chambers can be used as start and target points. Flexoren is especially cost-effective for the rehab of extremely long sections. Flexoren can withstand temperatures of up to 80° Celsius for short periods and is extremely resistant to various chemicals. These characteristics make it especially practical for conduit installed in industrial facilities.

maxiline

PDFPrint

MaxiLine is a trenchless or no-dig relining system using MaxiLine short modules. Modules with length 50 cm are thrown into the old pipe using a special hydraulic tool. The works can be carried out through manholes thus enabling to work even in tight conditions. The modules have a special lock system that ensures that the new pipe is tight and stable.
